Assigning Curriculum Quests to Students

There are 3 ways to assign Quests to students on your workspace. Assign to all users automatically, assign to specific classes, or assign to users individually.

Automatically Assign to All Users

  1. Make sure you are logged in as a Workspace Administrator or Teacher, and select Quests in your workspaces dashboard menu.
  2. On the Quests page you will see a list of all the Quests that have been purchased for your workspace.
  3. Administrators are able to set each Quest to automatically assign to all current and future users.

Assign Quests to Classes

  1. Make sure you are logged in as a Workspace Administrator or Teacher, and select Quests in your workspace dashboard menu.
  2. On the Quests page you should see a list of all the Quests that have been purchased for your workspace.
  3. Under the Quest you are wanting to manage select "Assign to Class". In the pop-up menu select the class you want assigned to the Quest and select assign. If any additional users are added to the selected class, those users will automatically be assigned to that Quest.

Assign Quests to Individual Users

  1. Make sure you are logged in as a Workspace Administrator or Teacher, and select Quests on your workspaces dashboard menu.
  2. On the Quests page you will see a list of all the Quests that have been purchased for your workspace.
  3. Under the Quest you are wanting to manage select "View Progress" and "Manage Users". In the pop-up menu enter the username of the student you would like to assign to the quest and press assign.
